The privacy policy has been created to show our commitment to your privacy and your right to decide on your own personal data. This privacy policy describes how Visunor Group AS collects and uses personal data.

 

 

Data controller

Visunor Group AS and the company’s CEO, Arild Nyeggen, is responsible for the company’s processing of personal data. The declaration contains information you are entitled to when information is collected from our website (Personal Data Act § 19) and general information about how we process personal data (Personal Data Act § 18 subsection 1).

The purpose of the processing

It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services such as receiving newsletters or contacting us using the contact form. The information here is used exclusively to respond to inquiries, unless otherwise agreed afterwards.

Customers of Visunor Group AS must provide information that can establish and maintain the customer relationship. This includes name, e-mail, telephone number in addition to the company address of the company the person represents. The purpose here is exclusively to look after the customer’s interests, as well as to communicate in a supplier/customer relationship.

Data processor agreement

All projects involving personal data are handled by separate data processing agreements. These agreements regulate which information Visunor Group AS, as a supplier, has access to and how it must be processed. For example, the agreement contains information about how Visunor Group AS processes personal data that the customer collects via email lists for newsletters or regarding access to customer registers. All information is confidential between Visunor Group AS and the customer, and Visunor Group AS will not under any circumstances share this with others, unless the customer wishes and gives written permission for this.

If information is transferred within the EU/EEA area, we will ensure that the EU directive on personal data in connection with data processing and country-specific laws on data protection are followed. If we pass on personal data to a third party located outside the EEA area, we will ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the EU directive on personal data. If information is transferred to the USA, we will preferably use Safe Harbor certified companies.

Analysis of traffic

This website uses various web analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) and other measurement tools to analyze how users use the website. These tools use cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet logs and information about visitor behavior in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google and sometimes to other providers. This information is then used to evaluate users’ visits to the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We will never, and will not allow any third party to use statistical analysis tools to track or collect personally identifiable information about website visitors. Any analysis providers do not associate your IP address with other data that they hold. Neither we nor the web analytics providers will link, or attempt to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate data obtained from this website with personally identifiable information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a form on the website.

Personal information

When you purchase a product or service, we will ask for your name and email address. If we are to develop a website for you, information about the server, database, e-mail client etc. will be treated with respect and the highest possible security so that the information does not go astray. Your email and other information will only be used to contact you about updates or direct inquiries because you are a customer. Your personal information will not be distributed to anyone else for any purpose.

Newsletter

If you choose to receive newsletters, you will be asked to provide your name and e-mail. This information will only be used to send out newsletters via e-mail.Visunor Group AS uses Klaviyo as a supplier of newsletters and you can check and change the information we have stored about you at any time by following the link at the bottom of each newsletter. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter here, and we will then delete your personal data from our register.

Chat

When you use the chat function on the website, we record the information you provide in the conversation, so that we can answer and handle your inquiry in the best possible way. All chat conversations are deleted three months after the conversation took place. If your inquiry concerns, for example, an assignment, we store the necessary information for this, as long as it is relevant for your customer relationship with Visunor Group AS.

Safety

This website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All information you send as a customer will be stored in a safe place with good security procedures.

Your rights

All persons who ask have the right to information about processing of personal data in a business pursuant to Section 18, subsection 1 of the Personal Data Act. Visunor Group AS has provided the information in this statement.

If Visunor Group AS processes personal data about you, you have the right to access your own data. If the personal information is incorrect, incomplete or there is no access to process it, you can also ask Visunor Group AS to correct the information.

We do not process and store information about you longer than is necessary for the intended purpose or for what is required in accordance with concluded agreements and not beyond the limits of the law. We delete personal data when a user gives notice that he/she no longer wishes to use the service. For example, your e-mail address that is used for sending newsletters will be deleted when you cancel your subscription, but also if we receive feedback that it is not active.
