Tawk.to
The website uses a program from Tawk.to for the chat function. This uses cookies to register who is on my website. Tawk.to is exclusively used to make it easy for potential customers to contact Visunor Group AS. Messages started in the chat function are stored in a message box. I get the IP address of the person in question and can chat with them as soon as they enter my website. I can follow the steps they take as they move around the site. This only works in real time, which means that I have no history of who has been inside and what their user behavior has been. The solution here only provides statistics on the number of visits and the number of page views.
When you use the chat function on the website, we record the information you provide in the conversation, so that we can answer and handle your inquiry in the best possible way. All chat conversations are deleted three months after the conversation took place. If your inquiry concerns e.g. an assignment, we store the necessary information for this, as long as it is relevant for your customer relationship with Visunor Group AS.
